Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will be accepting sealed bids from a fully insured asphalt pavement sealing company from May 17, 2021 through June 7, 2021 at 11:00am

Preparation: Thoroughly clean all asphalt areas to be seal coated so they are free of all dirt and debris. Crack fill the Town Hall and the Walking Path located behind the Town Hall connecting County Route 7A and Mountain View Rd. Cracks shall be routed and air blown. All bidders should bid for approximately 10,000 linear feet of crack fill. Material used should be commercial grade hot applied crack sealant.

Seal Coating: Apply a commercial grade asphalt emulsion of Neyra AE or the equivalent. Sealing to be done on the Town Hall parking lot and the Walking Path located behind the Town Hall connecting County Route 7A and Mountain View Road. All bidders should bid for approximately 42,000 square feet of sealant.

Bids will be accepted at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, New York 12516 until 11:00 am on the 7th day of June 2021.  At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and be marked “Sealed Bid”.

The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
