NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Joseph and Cindy Tromba for area variances to obtain relief from chapter 232 Table 1 of the Copake Zoning Code for development within side and front yard setbacks and lot coverage percentage for a newly constructed 3 bedroom single family home at 1258 Lakeview Road in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-4-25.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 22nd day of February 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
