PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by John Canevari at 28 Robin Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.6-2-53 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for right, left and rear yard variances.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 22nd day of August 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
