Zoning Board of Appeals
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Copake, New York will be holding a public hearing on an application by Daniel Dougherty and Isabel Piazza at 104 Island Drive in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-6-66 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for front yard set-back variance for the extension of a deck.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 26th day of September 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
