PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by 28 Stony Properties for a Special Use Permit for a Tourist House to allow short-term rentals of a 2 Bedroom house located at 1239 County Route 27A in the Town of Copake, tax parcels 186.-1-59.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 22nd day of February 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
