For Bids

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York hereby advertises for bids for 2016 one ton pickup.

Full specifications for the pickup can be obtained from the Copake Town Clerk during normal business hours. The office of the Clerk is located at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY 12516.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the words “Sealed Bid”. Bids must be received on or before December 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The bids will then be submitted to the Copake Town Board for review. The Copake Town Board shall have complete discretion to reject any bid that does not meet the required specifications or to reject all bids should the Board deem the same to be appropriate. Where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town of Copake may award the Contract to either bidder. The Town of Copake may waive any formalities or reject any and all bids and re-advertise for new bids at its discretion.
