Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will be accepting sealed bids for a fully insured Tree Contractor with the minimum specification of an aerial lift with a minimum working height of 65′.

Tree trimming and removal will be bid by both an hourly rate (on site) and a daily rate (our crews’ hours). Bids will be both with and without a ground man.

Bids will be accepted at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, New York 12516 until 11:00 am on the 7Th day of March 2017.  At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder.

The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
