Please Take Notice that a public hearing will be held in relation to an application by Berkshire Cable Corp. d/b/a Consolidated Communications for a Cable Television Franchise within the Town of Copake, New York. The applicant seeks to offer cable television services within the Town of Copake. Such hearing will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019, at 6:45 PM, at Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY 12516.

All persons shall be given the opportunity to participate in such hearing and to ask questions of any applicant or participant in the hearing. The agenda for such hearing shall consist of the consideration and receipt of public comments and questions in relation to such cable television franchise application of Berkshire Cable Corp. d/b/a Consolidated Communications.
