PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Copake shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 8, 2016 beginning at 6:45pm at the Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516 for Proposed Local Law # 2 of 2016 entitled “Solar Energy Facilities”.
The proposed local law would regulate the development or installation of commercial solar energy facilities in the Town of Copake.
