The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a boundary line adjustment and minor subdivision of the property of Bert Poucher, Trustee of The Roger F. Edelman Living Trust located on 121 Trout Brook Road to be conveyed to 13 Lackawanna Properties LLC in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: George A. & Tiziana Pieraccini, Seagreen LLC, Adam E. Rosen & Heather A. Campbell, Dale Bessette & Joy Latham, 13 Lackawanna Properties, Bert Poucher Trustee, Nancy Ginsberg, Michael A. Blume and Jorge & Erika Garcia.
Said hearing will be held on the 3rd day of October, 2019 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 7:00 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
