The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of a Minor Subdivision for Marian Duksa on Weed Mine Road in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Nancy Ginsberg, Peter & Luigi Lanni, Alan Haines, 13 Lackawanna Properties, LLC and Scott & Kimberly Keough.
Said hearing will be held via ZOOM on Thursday, the 18th day of June, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend via video conferencing and can join by going on the Town website calendar for access information.
