Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake which will be filed on or before May 1, 2018.
The information may be reviewed by appointment in the Assessor’s office at the Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, on March 13, 2018, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and on March 15, 2018 and between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. An appointment may be made to review the assessment information by telephoning the Assessor’s office at (518) 329-1234 ext 4.
