1. Notice is hereby given that the 2022 Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at 230 Mountain View Rd, Copake, until May 26, 2022.

2. Notice is hereby given that an Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake by phone appointment only on the following days: May 10, 17, and 21, 9am-1pm; May 12, 9-11 am and 6-8 pm. Please call 518-329-1234 ext. 4 to schedule a phone appointment.

3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Copake will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Rd. during the hours of 4-8 pm on May 25, 2022.
