Please Take Notice that the Town of Copake Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Town Law, will hold a Public Hearing, on the following matters:

Public Hearings

1) 2022-1 Zias, 1178 Lakeview Rd, Tax Map #103200 176.1.3-50
Relief from 232-11D2 within 100ft of water and Table 1 front and side setbacks; construction of a new home with a dock and observation deck.

Said hearing will be on Thursday, February 24, 2022.
