Please be advised that the Town of Copake Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Town Law, will hold a Public Hearing via Zoom, on the following matters:
1) 2021-18 Sussman, 15 Polk Drive, Tax Map 165-15-1-11 Relief from Table 1 Density Control; front, side and rear yard variances needed for construction of a new 3 bedroom house on the footprint of an existing 3 bedroom house.
2) 2021-14 Catamount, 78 Catamount Road, Tax Map 157-1-11.1 Relief from 232-16-4(b); only allows for clearing of a half-acre. The new trail will be 3.8 acres. Said hearing will be on Thursday, June 24, 2021.
The ZBA Meeting is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM. The Public Hearing will start according to how the agenda is set for that evening. All Persons present, for or against the application, will be given the opportunity to be heard.
