PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will hold a Public Hearing on

Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 6:45p.m., at the Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516 for purposes of receiving public comment on Introductory Local Law No.  3 of 2022, at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.  Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2022 is a proposed Local Law to Amend the Copake Zoning Code in Relation to Cannabis Retail Businesses.

A complete copy of such introductory local law is available by contacting the Town of Copake Town Clerk’s Office.

Interested persons can also attend remotely via Google Meet video-conferencing.  The Google Meet link can be found here and will be posted on the Town of Copake Website at townofcopake.org.
