Please be advised that the Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a
Special Meeting to review Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2023 to Enact a
Six-Month Moratorium on Major Subdivisions.

Said Meeting is being held on Saturday, the 18 th day of February 2023 at
the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 9:00 a.m. and is open
to the public.
