PUBLIC NOTICE, TOWN OF COPAKE. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE of a PUBLIC HEARING and SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING. The Town Board of the Town of Copake will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 5:30 pm on Tuesday February 28, 2023 for the purposes of receiving public comment on Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2023, at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.  Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2023 is a proposed Local Law to Enact a Six Month Moratorium on Major Subdivisions in the Town of Copake. This will immediately be followed by a SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING at 5:45 pm. The Public Hearing and Town Board Meeting will take place at the Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516.
