Proposed Resolution and Order to Designate a Stop Intersection and Authorize Installation of 4-Way Stop Signs at Orphan Farm Road and Harlem Valley Rail Trail Crossing                                             

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 6:50 p.m., at the Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516 for purposes of receiving public comment on a proposed Resolution and Order to Designate a Stop Intersection and Authorize Installation of 4-Way Stop Signs at Orphan Farm Road and Harlem Valley Rail Trail Crossing, at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.  A complete copy of such proposed Resolution and Order is available by contacting the Town of Copake Town Clerk’s Office.
