NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE 
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Steven and Emily Zias for an area variance seeking relief from section 232 Table 1 of the Copake Zoning Code for development within a side yard setback for the expansion of an existing deck at 1178 Lakeview Road in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-3-50. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 28th day of March 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
