PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by William and Margaret Kennion for an area variance seeking relief from 232 Table 1, for Front, Right and Left side-yard variances for a Sunroom at 24 Robin Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.6-2-52.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 23rd day of May 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
