Please take notice that in 2024 the Town of Copake will celebrate the 200th anniversary of its founding and the Town seeks volunteers to serve as members of a newly formed Copake Bicentennial Committee.

This Committee is charged by the Copake Town Board with planning and organizing a yearlong celebration of the 200th Anniversary of the Town of Copake. The Committee will organize a calendar of events to be held in 2024, which may include public meetings, ceremonies, gatherings, a parade and performances. It is the intent of the Town Board that the membership of the Committee be diverse and include a broad representation of the Town’s residents.
