Public Hearings

1) 2021-24 Tolpa, 3260 County Route 7, Tax Map 165.14-3-19 Relief from 232-20B[2]b; replacement of structure on a nonconforming lot.

2) 2021-25 Klimczyk, 24 Birch Lane, Tax Map 155.19-01-01 Relief from Table 1 Density Control, variances required for all yards; construction of a new house on a non-conforming lot.

Said hearing will be on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021.
