NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Deborah and Gary Peck for an Area Variance for Relief from Section 232-11D(2) of the Copake Zoning Code for development within 100 feet of the water to install a retaining wall to stop the erosion of the bank at the water’s edge of the applicant’s property at 17 Longley Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.10-1-5.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 22nd day of February 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
