Please be advised that the Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of a Minor Subdivision for Janet Virkus and Nancy Hescheles on Mountain View Street in the Town of Copake Falls.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: John & Wendy Langolis, Rosemary Ahern, Sue Ellen Jennings/John Buchinger, Kathrin Marx & Robert E. Lee, Joe M. & Laurie K. Gross.
Said hearing will be held via ZOOM on Thursday, the 6th day of May, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend via video conferencing and can join by going on the Town website for access information.
